After the auction has ended, you will automatically receive an invoice via email for the goods that you have purchased. Please make payment promptly via Bank Transfer. Once you have made payment, you will receive a receipt.
You are required to book a collection slot to pick up items you have purchased and paid for, please book in online using - ONCEHUB
We are open from 8am to 8pm on the Monday following the auction, and from 8am to 4.30pm for the rest of the week up to Friday following the auction for collecting.
YOU MUST BOOK A COLLECTION SLOT - DO NOT TURN UP WITHOUT MAKING A CONFIRMED BOOKING AS WE OPERATE A COLLECTION BY APPOINTMENT ONLY SYSTEM.

Murray Auctions is situated in a side passage just before 32 Ward Street which leads to our warehouse at the end of the passage on the left hand side.
Murray Auctions are happy to offer postage quotes upon request. Please make your enquiry for a postage quotation prior to the auction taking place to ensure we can fulfil your requirements. Understandably, larger items may not be able to be shipped overseas, but we may be able to provide you with contact details for local couriers who are able to offer a UK wide shipping quotation.
