Delivery

After our fortnightly auction, our offices will be closed for telephone enquiries. If you have any ugrget question please email info@murrayauctions.com - We aim to respond to any emails within 48 hours.

After the auction has ended, you will automatically receive an invoice via email for the goods that you have purchased. Please make payment promptly via Bank Transfer. Once you have made payment, you will receive a receipt.

You are required to book a collection slot to pick up items you have purchased and paid for, please book in online using - ONCEHUB

Collections can be made on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday after the Friday auction. Collection times are as follows:

  • Saturday - 8.00am to 3.00pm
  • Sunday - 8.00am to 12.00pm
  • Monday - 8.00am to 4.30pm

You must book a collection slot - please do not turn up without making a confrimed booking as we operate a collection by appointment only system.

Murray Auctions is situated in a side passage just after 32 Ward Street which leads to our warehouse at the end of the passage on the left hand side.

Delivery

Murray Auctions are happy to offer postage quotes upon request. Please make your enquiry for a postage quotation prior to the auction taking place to ensure we can fulfil your requirements. Understandably, larger items may not be able to be shipped overseas, but we may be able to provide you with contact details for local couriers who are able to offer a UK wide shipping quotation.
